Returns 

We allow a ‘cooling off period of 7 days’. However, as we aim to despatch all orders within 2 days, cancellation of orders must be made within 2 days via email to sales@objekts.co.uk and marked "order cancellation" in order to stop the despatch of your order.

We cannot guarantee that the order will not already have been despatched to you within this time in which case you will be liable for delivery charges if they apply and also for returning the goods back to our warehouse.

What if the goods arrive damaged?
If goods are delivered to you which are damaged, then you need to inform us immediately (within 24hours of delivery) either via telephone or email.We advise all customers to check their packages as soon as they arrive.

Notice: We will not accept any returned goods which are not in their original packaging and are undamaged.

Shipping
Delivery charges to mainland UK are charged at £5.00. Overseas deliveries are calculated and added during checkout.

Delivery, under normal circumstances is between 1 and 3 days. On occasion, for larger products, delivery time can be 1 to 7 days. The delivery time on items is specified in the store.

Note: UK Purchases  over £50 are delivered free of charge.
